  • Your bloom calendar now uses the same grid as the forage calendar: the month strip, the major flow bar, the origin dots and the honey shades. What you saw is drawn over the window the region expects, so the two read the same way.

  • Ireland in the forage calendar, as its own country. It was never part of the UK entry, and an Irish beekeeper was right to say so. Whitethorn, sycamore, bramble, clover, heather and ivy, with the fuchsia hedges of the southwest, at /tools/forage-calendar/ireland. Eircodes work in the postcode box.
  • Ireland in the honey label helper's country list.
  • The label preview now fits its text inside the label. Long product names ran out of the border and the infant warning printed at a size nobody could read. Text wraps and shrinks to the box now, and nothing prints smaller than about 6 pt unless the label itself is smaller than that allows.
  • The apiary Location field now says what it is for and checks itself. Type a town and state, a town and ZIP or an address, and the form tells you which forage region it landed in, or that it could not be placed, before you save. There is a "Use my location" button too. A description on its own ("the creek yard") was never going to work for the bloom check, forage map or weather, and the old help text did not say so.
  • Unsubscribe links in campaign emails had failed since September 3. Fixed. If you tried in that week and it did not take, it will now.
  • The list of changes that could not upload, in Settings, described the wrong change. Fixed.
  • The week's weather on each apiary page, for the yard itself. Highs, lows and the chance of rain, in your temperature unit.
  • Logging a treatment that needs the supers off now warns you if any of the hives you picked still have supers on.
  • An apiary address the map could not place now says so, shows what it tried and offers the edit page. The retry also asks for the ZIP as a US postal code rather than free text, since a bare five-digit number can match a German postcode first.
  • Sign-ins from the iPhone and Android apps never recorded a location, because the check the app makes first was being answered in a way the server itself rejects. Fixed.

  • Your own bloom calendar for each yard. Every check you log builds a month grid, kept year by year, with first bloom dates side by side. Asked for by a beekeeper.
  • New South Wales forage calendar, the first one south of the equator. Asked for by a beekeeper in NSW.
  • South Africa forage calendar, in two parts: the Western Cape and the summer rainfall rest of the country.
  • A plant you type into the bloom check is matched to the catalog spelling, so goldenrod and Goldenrod are one row.
  • Four-digit postcodes exist in both Australia and South Africa. The calendar asks which you mean rather than guessing.
  • Melaleuca added to the Florida calendar. Reported by a beekeeper in Naples.
  • Not in my area, on any plant the regional list suggests. It stops being asked about at that yard, and you can bring it back. Asked for by a beekeeper in the Florida panhandle whose yard has almost no Brazilian pepper.
  • The forage map opens from the bloom check, for the same location, so you can see what is around against what is being asked.
  • A full street address could fail to place an apiary in a forage region. It now retries with just the town and ZIP.
  • What's blooming and the bloom calendar are one page now, a Check tab and a Calendar tab. The calendar import is under Calendar.
  • Import a bloom calendar. Drop an .ics file on the import page and choose Bloom checks: each event becomes a start and finish for that plant at the apiary you pick, so years of notes land in your bloom calendar at once.

  • Reminder and digest emails went out an hour off in some time zones, and on the wrong day near the date line. Fixed.
  • Editing an inspection could set honey stores to a value the form never offered. Fixed.
  • Winter stores figures and mite thresholds in the guides now agree with each other and with the Honey Bee Health Coalition numbers.

  • German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese have their own web addresses now, like Spanish. 161 pages.
  • Two devices editing the same record offline no longer lose one side. Settings shows Keep mine and Use theirs.
  • Tasks could read as overdue, or not yet due, for a few hours around midnight. Dates use your local day everywhere now.
  • A photo taken offline could send its record up before the picture. It waits for the picture now.
  • The offline hive export left Split From empty. Fixed.
  • Importing a hive journal export made empty inspections. It is refused with a message now.
  • Deleting your account also removes anonymous reminders and pending invitations tied to your email.
  • The newsletter form limits repeat submissions.

  • Closed a hole where an apiary invitation could be accepted by an account it was not sent to.
  • Sign-in and password reset emails only go out for requests that really came from our own system.
  • Unsubscribing from the newsletter could re-subscribe you on one path. Fixed.
  • Unsubscribe links in emails ask before doing anything, so a link scanner cannot unsubscribe you. One-click unsubscribe works from any mail app.
  • Spreadsheet exports escape anything a spreadsheet would run as a formula.
  • Signing in to a second account on the same phone no longer pushes the first account's offline changes into it.
  • A note dated in the past landed on today. Fixed.
  • The app could hang on a stale session at startup. Fixed.
  • Android: the back button walked through every page you had ever opened. Fixed.
  • iPhone: the tip jar remembered one failed store load and showed nothing until a restart. Fixed.
  • Removed the star ratings from search result listings. They were placeholders, not real reviews.

  • Flow emails. Subscribe on a forage calendar page and you get a heads up about a month before the main flow in your region, and again before the fall flow. Two a year.
  • Signing in with Google on Android could close the account picker and do nothing at all, with no message. It says what went wrong now.
  • An expired session could park a whole batch of offline changes as saved only on this device. They go up on their own now.
  • New guide: How to Stop Robbing. Telling it from a busy entrance, what to do in the first five minutes, and why robbing out a dead colony is how varroa moves between hives.
  • Chicory added to the Interior British Columbia calendar.

  • Log feed to a whole yard at once. Type, strength and amount, on the hive like treatments. Asked for by a beekeeper in the UK.
  • Record what you take off, with a batch number for jars you sell. Season totals build themselves.
  • A simple finance tracker. Money in, money out, a date filter and totals.
  • Planned tasks can cover several hives at once, across yards. Each hive gets its own task to tick off.
  • Notes take a date, so you can write up what you saw weeks ago. Existing notes can be redated.
